Application Submission

Fill out the Center Inquiry Form with your institute details, director credentials, premises address, and proposed lab facilities.

Verification & Infrastructure Review

Our Affiliation Committee reviews your KYC documents, lab photos, and verifies minimum space & computer specifications.

Affiliation Approval & Agreement (MoU)

Upon formal approval, receive your Letter of Intent (LOI) and execute the standard Center Operating MoU with EVCSM Skills.

Center Activation & Starter Kit Dispatch

Your center portal login is activated immediately. The official framed Certificate of Affiliation and branding kit are couriered to your address.

Affiliation Norms & Guidelines

Operational requirements for prospective center heads

  • Theory Classroom: Minimum 150 sq. ft. well-ventilated space with comfortable student seating.
  • Computer Practical Lab: Minimum 200 sq. ft. dedicated area equipped with standard computer workstations.
  • Counseling / Reception Office: A neat reception area (minimum 80 sq. ft.) for student counseling and inquiries.
  • Basic Amenities: Clean drinking water facility, hygienic washrooms, and power backup (Inverter/UPS).
  • Computer Systems: Minimum 5 to 10 updated desktop/laptop computers in working condition.
  • Internet Connectivity: High-speed broadband/fiber connection for portal updates and online tests.
  • Peripherals: At least one multifunction laser printer, document scanner, and web camera for student verification.
  • Power Backup: Continuous power supply backup to prevent interruptions during online examinations.
  • Lab Instructors: At least one qualified technical trainer holding relevant degree/diploma (BCA, MCA, PGDCA, B.Tech, or equivalent).
  • Vocational Trainers: Practical domain experts for specialized trades (Beauty, Healthcare, Accounting, Tailoring, etc.).
  • Center Coordinator: Dedicated administrative personnel to maintain attendance registers and portal updates.
  • One-Time Affiliation Fee: Highly nominal, transparent affiliation fee covering starter kit and setup.
  • Student Examination Fee: Fixed nominal examination and certificate processing fee remitted via centralized portal.
  • Annual Renewal: Affiliation is renewable on an annual basis upon satisfactory quality audit and compliance.
  • Full Autonomy: Study center retains local student tuition fees as per community affordability.
